What payment method(s) for you offer ?

Are all stocks ready items ?

Yes, all of our stock are ready and available in our base located at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Unless labelled as Pre Order Item / Custom item, all products are ready stock in Malaysia.

Do you accept cancellation of order ?

Sorry, we do not accept order cancellation due to change of mind.

I’ve made a wrong order, how do i amend it ?

When will my order(s) be shipped ?

a. We typically take 3 working days to process and ship out your order.

 

Shipping fee & delivery time?

Domestic Shipping

We offers RM 5.00 shipping across Sabah, RM 8.00 for Peninsula Malaysia & Sarawak. Self Pickup or Local Delivery arrangements available in Kota Kinabalu only.

 

International Shipping

As for international clients, we offer standard international shipping fee following zones;

  • Zone 1: Brunei, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Laos, Maynmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam is capped at RM 42.00

  • Zone 2: Others is capped at RM 83.00

 

Est. Delivery Time

Goods should be delivered within 3-5 days for domestic delivery whilst international delivery should take 14-30 days.

 

 

Are your product allergic skin friendly?

Yes, all of our products are made of hypoallergic materials. Gold plating jewelleries have titanium or stainless steel as their base metal. While, Sterling silver and gold are sensitive skin friendly. Our gold vermeil and sterling silver products are made of real silver and real gold plating.
